Eventia Kitchen

Who we are

We’re Eventia and have been catering events successfully for the past 2 years. We’ve had a tremendous response to our themed settings, our beautiful and carefully thought-out décor and most of all, our carefully curated menu. And now, we are venturing out with a subscription-based cloud kitchen, keeping in mind the need of the hour. And this is no ordinary cloud kitchen! It’s a home kitchen – where food is prepared with the utmost care. We don’t cook anything that we won’t put on our own tables. Each item that we add to the menu is vetted by friends and family and fine-tuned to suit the most discerning palates.

Eventia is Vikas Agarwal and Vaani Agarwal – a father-daughter duo who are as passionate about food as they are about family. It’s this passion that reflects in everything that comes out of our kitchen.

We believe that eclectic taste buds deserve a variety of regional cuisines from all over the world. Our diverse experiences translate into our diverse menu and offerings. Our food is the result of a unique combination of diverse flavours and textures, resulting in a party for your palate!

Our belief is that the quality of ingredients is the key to making the food truly tasty! We source only the best raw materials for our recipes and even our spices are hand picked. When it comes to quality, perfection is the only standard we seek.

Creativity

Cooking food is one thing but creating a memorable gastronomical experience is a whole other. We consider ourselves to be culinary creators who make the entire journey of ‘kitchen to table’ a true work of art!

Since the beginning of time, the act of feeding someone denotes an act of purity and nourishment. We take pride in emulating this and maintain the highest standards of hygiene at all points, from our kitchen to the delivery.

Word

“There is no love sincerer than the love of food,” said George Bernard Shaw once and I cannot agree more. I never realized how and when my love for food turned me into a culinary artist. How do you define good food? Well, for me good food is the one cooked with love and prepared with the only mission of bringing immense guilt-free happiness with every bite. Our premium meals get delivered to your table right from my kitchen and contain a lavish spread for a full-course meal. Maintaining the authenticity of every cuisine, I curated a combination of starters, main course, and desserts to hit the perfect note of a luxury meal. We also serve regional cuisine like Rajasthani, Bengali, Chettinad, Konkani, Goan, and more if it is the real ‘ghar ka khana’ you are craving. The smile on your face and the happiness in your heart is the only approval I seek.

Gajar Ka Halwa

How can you even enjoy a winter meal without summing it up with a bowl full of Gajar ka Halwa cooked in a generous amount of desi ghee? This traditional homemade red carrot-based sweet dessert pudding screams love in every bite and is loaded with vitamin A, C, and K, calcium, and fibre that your body needs. So wrap up your Shaan-e-Punjab platter with this popular dessert from north India, cooked in the most traditional way and feel the warmth of a delicious meal.

Mooli Ka Achar

A spicy, tangy and instant  pickle made from radish / daikon ,oil and indian spices. During winter we make many seasonal pickles with fresh vegetables. These vegetables pickles taste amazing makki ki roti and sarson da saag.

Dal Highway Dhaba

This Dhaba Style Dal Fry is an authentic Punjabi recipe.  This recipe of dal is inspired from the dals served at Punjabi Highway dhabas, We have made the dal more healthy by using 5 different dals or lentils. It’s not a regular dal and has some really bold flavors from tempering that complement its thick consistency. It’s totally a flavour blast in the mouth.

Chicken Bharta

Chicken Bharta which tastes heavenly is a dhaba style preparation where shredded chicken is cooked in spicy creamy gravy. Chicken Bharta is deliciously creamy in taste due to the use of mashed egg yolk, fresh cream and yogurt in it.

Baingan Bharta

Baingan Bharta is basically fire roasted eggplant mash cooked with onions, tomatoes and spices. Smokey roasted eggplant mash with Indian spices, this punjabi baingan bharta is a very popular dish in North India and one of our personal favorites too.

Sarson Da Saag

A classic Punjabi dish, Sarson Da Saag recipe is gravy dish made from mustard leaves, spinach and bathua along with Maize flour and spices. The end result is a bowl full of aromatic, delicious and creamy green saag full of antioxidants and nutrients. This recipe traditionally comes from Punjab and will make you hooked on to it once you have it.

Makki Ki Roti

Makki ki Roti is a traditional Indian recipe made with corn meal or Makki ka Atta. It is a very popular bread in Punjab during winters and is best paired with sarson ka saag.
